Maxwell Elementary School Library

Welcome!

Jessie Whaley Maxwell's Library is an inviting, colorful, and comfortable place where students can explore the wonderful world of reading, information literacy, and technology! We currently have close to 14,000 books, as well as, magazines, CD's, audio books, and more. We are proud to be an Accelerated Reader School. Our library is staffed by Robin Bashor, Teacher Librarian. Check our PowerPoint presentations created by students in the Internet Research Club. Here is one by Lizett! Dolphin's PowerPoint

Congratulations Maxwell Community!

Your library circulated more books than any other Denver Public School last year! 38,191 books were borrowed from our library! That's over 4,000 books each month! Keep up the great reading. The most popular books were:

Surf's Up, Geronimo!, by Geronimo Stilton and A Pet for a Princess, by Lagonegro, M.
