[:en]Hello! My name is Juliet Biagi and I am thrilled to join the Maxwell community as an art teacher for the primary grades. I am a Denver native but recently lived in Boston for a few years. I’ve worked for twenty years in arts education, teaching elementary art in Mapleton Public Schools, directing the youth arts organization Project YES (Youth Envisioning Social change) and teaching both ECE art and graduate students in Massachusetts. In addition to my role at Maxwell, I work part-time as an Arts Integration Specialist at Swigert International School. I hold two Master’s degrees, one in Arts in Education and one in Elementary Education, with a focus on bilingual education. Outside of school, I love spending time with my family (my husband, Kevin, and my daughters, Isabella and Lina) and making my own art (mostly painting and photography). I also enjoy yoga and walking with my two dogs.[:]
